How do I get my LG G2 back to stock?

My lg G2 is stuck in Twrp and Lg boot loop Help

I recently received a bricked lg g2 and i got it to the twrp screen and I am new at this and have a mac computer. I have no idea what I am doing or how to get it back to stock. It is on Verizon carrier. I am almost positive there is nothing backed up on it... Please help!!

Try flash twrp.zip file first. Go into the recovery and flash the file. That works for me every time when I get stock in the loop. Otherwise you will have to use lg flash tool and flash the oem firmware, which is a lot of work, but it's the only other solution that I know. Reinstall the ROM. You currently using doesn't work, incase you're think about trying.
