Why has my Samsung Galaxy S4 phonebook no longer loading in my Nissan Altima?

my Samsung galaxy s4 phonebook is no longer loading in my Nissan altima.

I have a 2013 nissan altima and within the last month or so my phonebook is no longer syncing with my car. If i press to place a call only my name shows up in the phonebook. The bluetooth works fine if i dial from my phone. And incoming calls work fine. Just seems to be an issue with the phonebook. I've tried to reload it but it won't.

I found Nissan's FAQ site, perhaps there is something there that can help? Or contacting Nissan directly. Perhaps there is an update for your car? NissanConnect℠ FAQ | Nissan USA

Otherwise, I am not sure what to suggest.
