How do I add a calender and have it sync with another calender?

need to add a calender and have it sync with another calender

I do scheduling for several people, most of the calendars I have under my name so I can move if I need to....however one salesman has his own calendar and I can not alter it in any way and when I refresh the appointment time it is off by 2 hours and then can't be moved.... please help me get it set up right and tell me what I can do to fix the time lapse problem

If his calendar is local to his phone, there's nothing you can do about it. If he's using Google Calendar, he has to allow you to add his calendar to yours. If he's using some other calendar, what you do depends on which one it is. (If he's not in the same time zone you are, his times will be correct for him, but seem to be incorrect to you.)
