my samsung galaxy tab 3 dosent boot up and wont regester a charge

my tablet just came up with a android and cut out and it wont turn on

Welcome to the forums. Can you reboot into either recovery or Download Mode? Press and hold Power, Home, and Volume up for recovery/down for download mode.

If you can't boot into either one, I would contact Samsung.

See if you can try it with a new battery, or one known to be good, at a friendly repairer's or similar.
