Why has my email stuck after the Samsung Tab 3 update?

email stuck after samsung tab 3 update

I was asked to update my samsung galaxy 3 tab, all seemed ok until I tried email. It tells me the last update was the time I updated the tablet. My email is upto date on my laptop. Any help would be great.

Welcome to Android Central! You're certain Auto-Sync is on, right? I would consider removing the email accounts, then adding them back again. If that doesn't help, then try wiping the system cache partition, which can be helpful after system updates: Reset: Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 | T-Mobile Support
