Is my phone fixable after drooping it into the toilet?

The screen on my Galaxy Tab 2 7.0 has colorful lines across it.

My daughter dropped my tablet in the toilet! Only a small portion of the tablet was in the water for only a few seconds. I used rice immediately. In the morning l removed the back cover and am now using a fan to dry it out. The device boots just fine but there are lines on the screen, sometimes covering the entire screen, sometimes just a portion. If the lines do not go away after completely dried, what parts do I need to purchase to fix it? Digitizer? LCD? I do not need a new front screen as it is not cracked.

Unfortunately it is not necessarily as simple as just drying it, though that may provide a temporary fix. Read this article by Rukbat:
