    WHen my new note 4 is locked, and someone sends a text, I only get the blue light flashing but no sound or popup or other indication that a text has come through. I have gone through all the settings and all of them are 'ON'. WHat is the problem?

    Welcome to Android Central! So when you're actively using the phone and get a text, you'll get a notification tone for it, or is it still silent?
