Will z4root root a Samsung Galaxy tab 3 sm-t210r running KitKat?I run

I run Unbuntu 12.04 or one of its derivatives on all of my computers and I need a rooting method that will work on my Android tablet.

It may - the only way to find out is to run it. (If it's properly written, and won't root the tablet, it'll just tell you that it can't, it won't cause problems.)

Or install Towel Root on the tablet and run it. If the ROM is earlier than June 3, 2014, it will root it.
