Why is my phone switching off after I tried to uninstall updates on Google Play services?

it's about switching off after i tried to uninstall updates of google play services

I saw my phone's juice drained mostly by this Google Play Services..
so, When i about to uninstall the updates it automatically switched off & restart..
And this happened every time i tried.. why is it?

Welcome to Android Central! Google Play Services is pretty important for the proper operation of all Google apps and services. Did you actually uninstall the updates, or does it keep switching off before you're able to do so?
