I dropped my LG 4G LTE Android phone from Verizon and ended up with a small hair line crack

Phone's keyboard won't let me input password after dropping it password is 0000j number row not working. Is there anyway I can unlock this LG 4G LTE Android phone from Verizon via Laptop?
