Plantronics Headset (Hold button to get Google Now?)

So on the iPhone I could press and hold the primary button on my headset to make SIRI come alive and then of course say "Call John Doe" or "Text John Doe" I switched to the Note 4 and if I pair my Plantronics Voyager and hold the button, nothing does anything. Lol, is there anything similar to doing this on Android?
