After thinking I was imagining it for quite a while, I've realized the first time I manually dial a number (using default call apps), it always fails - make sound, deletes the number, doesn't make the call and the call doesn't go to the logs. This is incredibly frustrating as I often looked off of something to type the number in the first place - because it's not even in the logs I have to go rereference it again.
The second time I type it, it always succeeds. Has anyone seen this behavior or have any recommendations?
I have a sneaking suspicion it's doing this when I dial from contacts as well, I keep thinking I'm forgetting to hit the call button before I put it to my ear and several times now I've been nearly SURE I hit it. May be I'm having to hit call twice from there as well.
