Can't get calendar to sync on desktop and phone. Can I hire someone to help?

i need get my calendars synced. My assistant frequently change and add appointments on the desk top and I don't see it on my phone. I also want to add events on my phone and have it sync to the desk top. I'm looking to have someone come to the office and help me get this fixed asap.

Welcome to Android Central! What calendar are you using, Outlook? Google Calendar syncs much more smoothly with Android devices--have you considered using that? You could create a company Google account that can be shared among workers. You could then create a Google calendar associated with that account that anyone could view or edit. The calendar could be shared with other personal Google accounts, which would then allow the calendar to show up in other people's personal calendars.
