Why isn't my lenovo functioning well?

my lenovo is not functioning well!

I accidentally press the "TALK BACK" built-in app. A lady talks every time I make a move with my phone. I CANT TEXT, I CANT CALL , I CANT SCROLL MY PHONE.. WHAT HAPPENED?
I just bought my lenovo A316i month ago and now, I cant use it because of the app. What should I do.? Please help. How can I get out of the app?
