Battery Glitch??

[AC Question]

I used a different charger to charge my phone last night because the one that is provided with the Galaxy s5 was left at a friends. When I went to bed I plugged in the charger, and when I woke up it said it was still at 2%...I then restarted the phone and the battery said 100%. Does anyone know what exactly might have happened here???
