How do I make emails (from my Outlook) appear on my Samsung Note 4 more frequently?

I have the Sync Schedule set to "Push" (which I assume means that emails will be sent from Outlook to my Note 4 immediately), but the emails are taking app. 20-30 minutes to appear on my Note 4 after they appear in Outlook. My previous phone (Galaxy S3) received emails within a few seconds after the emails appeared in my Outlook.
