    I mean any way of hacking so I can listen to it's microphone and locate it (crazy?) any idea! please help me..

    Welcome to Android Central! No, you can't do that. Unless you installed any other antitheft software, your only option is to use Android Device Manager at google.com/android/devicemanager, and see if you can locate the phone. In order for it to be located, the phone has to be on, have a data connection, and have location access on. If the phone is turned off, or isn't connected to a network, or if the person already did a factory reset, then you won't be able to locate it.
