I have a Samsung Galaxy S three mini and Im putting it to charge but it not charging.Why?

Tell me why its not working and how to fix my phone if it could be fixed.

Any of the following:

No power to the wall outlet.
Bad charger.
Bad charging cable.
Bad microUSB port (or one of the pins inside got disconnected).
Bad battery.

It could be any of those, and there's no way to tell without having the phone to test it.
