Multiple profiles....one can't pull up touch keyboard when unit is pair with logitech keyboard?

So basically I am new to tablets and went into this with great expectations and hopes...So far i have been very frustrated as I don't feel the ability to modify things has been as complete or intuitive as a PC. I am a teacher and have 2 profiles. One can use both the physical keyboard and the on screen keyboard simultaneously. The other for some reason does not want to give me the option of having the touch keyboard? Also under one of the settings I found a very weird situation where their is tons of the same option (Samsung keyboard) basically 100's of the same exact thing? This is very frustrating because I bough the keyboard for heavy typing tasks but the majority of jobs will work fine with the digital input.
