how do you access external sd cards to use for memory?

I have an external 32 gb sd card installed in my tablets sd card slot. What path do I have to use to be able to store files and programs on it?

To store files on it, you just move them to it, the way you do in any computer. Use any file manager.

To store programs on it:

1) The program has to be written to be moveable to the card.

2) The program has to be written to be runnable from the card.

3) Use Application manager to Move to SD Card. (If that button is grayed out for that program, it can't be moved.)
