Why is my Pendo 7 taking 4 minutes to load?

i have a pendo 7

and on switching on it takes 4 mins to load

Welcome to Android Central! It may just be due to slow or underpowered hardware, as well as glitchy software. This is common with off-brand/budget devices.

With 512 MB of RAM, that is not a lot for Android of a version that looks like it is about 4.1. I really don't think there is anything we can suggest to help. Sorry.
