How can I reinstall my stuck tablet?

Generic tablet, Necnon mark, Jelly Bea 4.2, processor dual core Allwiner A20, 1 gb ram, 8gb internal storage.

I was trying to install another Android ROM and i make a mistake upgrading a CWM Clock work mode version and my tablet do not start nevermore.

It can not start the normal recovery mode option whit the power & volume up buttons.

Some Windows application to reinstall the tablet? or some external micro SD aplication to reinstall the normal rrecovery mode?
