My phone has been reset by the re-seller due to technical problem. After this operation I have configured the phone with my gmail account and synchronized. Unfortunately after that operation all the contacts were lost. Any restore prior to this operation is OK, so I logged into gmail and tried to restore contacts (in contacts > more > restore contacts ). However nothing is coming back, neither from 1 week, nor from 2 weeks… Contact were in place just prior to setting up the mobile, because I have also a table with Android and Whatsap and Viber apps on tablet were having all these contact. After synchronization contacts are lost from everywhere…

Any advice how to overcome this?

Some friends advised me to contact google, however I would know how I can do that..

    Thanks in advance!

Not unless you had them backed up somewhere else. Evidently he deleted them with sync enabled (bad idea, unless you want to get rid of them forever), so they got deleted from the site.

But what about automatic online backup, why cant I restore from gmail?
They are saying you can restore up to 30 days back...

Is there a way to contact android/gmail support from google?
