Is there a way to stop my Galaxy S4 from making a noise when I plug or unplug the charger into it?

My phone makes a noise when I plug the charger into it or disconnect it. Is there a way to stop this noise? It also makes a noise when I turn the video camera on or off. Is there a way to stop this noise also?

Welcome to Android Central! Do those sounds get muted if you turn the phone to Silent Mode or Vibrate Mode? Otherwise, you'd probably have to root the phone and install something like Xposed Framework to modify that. I don't know the details, though.

Yes. The sounds go away when I mute the sounds but then I have no sound on my video recorder.
