Your only options are what Android Device Manager shows you on the screen. If it has been factory reset, then it's ready for somebody else to sign in with a different google account. Best remaining option is to call your carrier and report it lost or stolen and they can deactivate it based in its IMEI.
Your Google account still may show it because it used to be the phone associated with the account. I pulled my SIM card out a phone, wiped, factory reset and sold it months ago, but the settings in my Google Play account still show it.
