Sd card on galaxy s5

my galaxy s5 reads the sd card but when i open the system file manager and open the sd card it says no files and all of my music on sd card when i play it, it just plays 0.1 sec and repeats

Welcome to Android Central! Unmount the card in Settings>Storage, remove it, and insert it into your computer. Can the computer read the files, and play the music files normally? If not, the files are corrupt, or perhaps the whole card is corrupt. Is it a new card, or one you've been using for a while?
