After formatting the sdcard successfully and do a boot in the phone, the files on the sdcard still there.
Tried deleting the files through computer connected to the phone, receive a success message but the files remain on the sdcard.
I tried to format by the win7 and receives the message that windows can not format the sdcard.
I just want to reset my sdcard.

Sounds like a defective controller chip in the card (or bad programming in it [the card is actually a whole computer]). If it's a known-brand card, try contacting the manufacturer. If it's a cheap generic card, break it up, toss it and buy a good card. (I stick with SanDisk - even if something like that were to happen, and I've never seen it with their cards, they'll probably replace the card.)
