Why do all my apps keep closing on my LG Optimus L5?

HELP! All apps keep closing on my LG Optimus L5

i got this phone last year in september and up to last month it worked just fine it started when play store crashed for me after that all google apps just kept crashing i've had enough so i uninstalled all google apps and then re installed them wich helped with google but still not the play store now a week ago just out of the blue instagram crashes for me and wont open i tried to open other apps but they also crashed after a couple seconds yesterday i refreshed my phone hoping that it will fix it but that didn't work either i currently have kik instagram and fb messenger as my downloaded apps but chrome, play store, gmail, google+ , maps wont open either. How can i fix this and is my phone completley broken?

When you say that you did a refresh, what exactly do you mean by that?
Also, did you install any recent updates on any apps/firmware before this happened? Did you download anything in particular?

meaning i erased everything on my phone
and no i don't usually download anything that i mainly use

Did you re-install all available updates to what's currently installed?
