Moto X (2014) bloatware-free on Verizon?

I absolutely, positively, can't stand bloatware. My three most recent phones have all been Nexus devices (currently have a Nexus 5 on Sprint). I don't much care for phablets, so I don't plan on getting the Nexus 6. Research leads me to believe that the Moto X, similarly sized with my current phone, is the next best thing to a Nexus in this regard.

I see that I can customize it through Moto Maker, and buy it at full price directly from Motorola. If I do this, will it come without all the stupid Verizon bloatware? Thanks in advance.

P.S. I am fully aware I can simply disable carrier apps. I don't want them taking up space on my phone, nor do I want to root the phone to delete them.

I had the Moto X on Sprint and the bloat was pretty thin. It was still there, but I think that is because I got it from a carrier store. Since you are getting it from Moto Maker, that should be a different story.
