On my Xperia M - 15.4.A.1.9, why is the alarm clock getting stuck when I swipe it?

Xperia M - 15.4.A.1.9 - Alarm Clock Strange behaviour

Hi ,

I am using an Xperia M (Single Sim ) running on 15.4.A.1.9 (OTA - untouched, non rooted android 4.3 from Sony ) . After the 15.4.A.1.9 update I'm seeing strange behaviors from the alarm clock . Some times the phone gets switched off with still enough juice left on the battery . Some times the alarm starts but when I swipe the button to turn it off , the phone gets stuck . Only a battery removal can fix this !! I'm using pattern lock screen provided by the OS (no third party apps) and Go launcher .

Can some one give any suggestions about how to solve this issue ??

Welcome to AC.☺

It may be worth trying a cache clear in Settings, Storage, Cached Data. Also, wiping the Cache Partition may be helpful.
