    There aren't 'emojis', there are apps that translate data into pictures. Like if you type : ) (without the space between them) here you get a smiling Android. An emoji is a couple of character - your emohi app translates those characters into the emojis. If you want a different set of emojis, you get an app that can download different sets, or you get an app that uses the set you want.

    BTW, the ai.type site says "will not collect any personal information about you, or about your written material." Many phone apps collect metadata - if you don't want anything known about your activities you have to live totally off the grid. (Even the pattern of your electricity and water consumption can tell analysts things about you.) Using a cellphone virtually guarantees that some sort of information about you is being collected.
