I have a Motorola Moto X, why cant i access the Google Play Store?

This is a new problem, I have accessed it before. What I get now, is a white screen, with 'Play Store', at the top left of the screen.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this persist after a reboot? You could also try going to Settings>Apps>All, selecting Google Play Store, and tapping Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data.
