Re: Consumer Cellular APN setting for BLU Studio 5.0K

This is Consumer Cellular's information:

Service Name Web
Proxy Address <blank>
Proxy Port <blank>
Proxy Push Enabled
Authentication TypeSecure
Username (CSD/GPRS)<blank>
Password (CSD/GPRS)<blank>
GPRS access pointatt.mvno
Homepagehttp://mmsc.cingular.com

Service Name MMS
Proxy Address proxy.mvno.ccmobileweb.com
Proxy Port 80
Proxy Push Disabled
Authentication Type Secure
Username (CSD/GPRS) <blank>
Password (CSD/GPRS) <blank>
GPRS access point att.mvno
Homepage http://mmsc.cingular.com

They don't guarantee that every phone will work with their service and they don't support streaming or other heavy usage, it's for email, MMS (of small files), etc. I can't find a maximum size limit for MMS for them (or much of anything else), but if you read Top 181 Complaints and Reviews about Consumer Cellular you'll see why you may never get the service you want.

Make sure you log into your account, go to Change Text & Data Plan and make sure that "I don't need services at this time" isn't checked.
