Recently, my battery on my Samsung Galaxy Note 3 seems to drain marginally faster than it used to. Funnily enough, it started when I updated the Samsung hub, could this just be a coincidence or is anyone else experiencing this?
Settings I normally and still have prior to this and things I've tried:
- Brightness is turned to the lowest possible or just so I can see it (nowhere near 1/4) to save battery consumption.
- GPS/location turned off.
- Bluetooth off.
- Apps are forced closed before I lock my phone.
- Motion and all of those settings turned off.
- I have put it on battery saving mode, it has barely made any difference.
My phone is around 8 months old, which isn't particularly much, although, I am aware that Samsung's warranty policy only covers the battery for 6 months. I do not really want to try a factory reset, just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or heard anything on it.
Thank you,
