Why won't my Samsung Halaxy Note 3 turn ON?

my samsung galaxy note 3 won't turn ON

After charging my Galaxy Note 3, i tried to power it ON but it couldn't come up, rather it prompted me with some command lines in red, right now it's not indicating charging nor turning on with commands.
It's being four months since i bought it
The bad thing is, i took it back to the shop where i bought it, they said they don't offer warranty:'(
kindly assist me if possible

Samsung's warranty is one year. Contact Samsung. (If you're in the US, go to a Best Buy and ask for the Samsung experience desk. (It's in the cellphone area.) Or go to your carrier's repair location if the phone is registered with them.

Thanks, I'm in Tanzania, i will try to contact Samsung
the phone was not registered with carrier's repair location, so i don' t know if they will be ready to accept it
