Can I change the functions of toggles on my Note 4?

Assign On/Off and Volume Toggle Note 4

I have a Note 4. Is there anyway to change functions of toggles? In most of the cases I use, the on/off becomes extremely sensitive. I've put a pattern required to unlock to help some of the accidental settings changes. But it still happens and it's a hassle to have to do a pattern/password just to check a text etc. I would like to "turn off" the toggle and use the Home button to turn on/off. Any suggestions??
