Why does my Outlook account give me the message Your new contact will be synchronised with (google account) when I add a new contact?

Hi.

I have Lollipop via OTA on my Nexus 5. My contacts are synchronised with an outlook.com account. However whenever I try to edit one of these contacts, or add a new contact I get the message "Your new contact will be synchronised with (my gmail.com account)". The only options are to click OK which seems to create a merged contact with my original outlook.com contact and a new gmail.com contact.

The contacts sync option in the account settings is not ticked for my Google account.

Help or ideas appreciated.

I've worked out the problem. I'd installed the Mail Wise app and turned off Gmail. I don't get the problem with Mail Wise uninstalled using Gmail. A shame because I preferred Mail Wise. I'll report it.
