I have bought a HTC One in Australia, but I am from Europe. After several months of using the phone, my microphone stopped working (people on the other side of the line only hear loud noise and the same noise is recorded while filming with my camera). The problem is that I can't get it repaired in Europe (I live in Croatia) because they say that the device is not 100% same as the one made for Australian market. Therefore, they can't replace it and they have no spare parts for it. I want to buy the spare part from ebay and go ask someone who repairs smartphones if he can replace the microphone. But I am not sure will I buy the part that is compatible with my phone? Will this part be good? Or can anyone please give me the link to the product that will fit my phone? Here are phone details:
    HTC One M7
    IMEI [Removed by Moderator]
    serial number: [Removed by Moderator]
    phone number: unknown

    Thank you!

Welcome to the forums. I would email HTC and see if they can confirm or deny the allegation by the repair shop. If what they say is true, you can also ask for the appropriate info form them and order the part.
