Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Apps>All, select Apus Launcher, and tap Clear Defaults. Now tap the Home button, and select the stock Launcher app as the one you want to complete the action, and tap Always.

First we need to deactivate this launcher. Go to Settings > Security > Device administrator.
Untick the APUS apps and tick back Android Device or anything related other than APUS
After that go to Settings > Apps and search for APUS
Tap it and uninstall the apps... Bye bye APUS

When I get to the last step, Apus is grayed out, and I can't remove it.

It wasn't listed as APUS in my apps. When looking in the security-device administrators section I found something called "user system launcher" next to a blue puzzle piece icon. When I clicked on it, a message appeared and I saw that it was connected to APUS. I then went to my apps manager and looked for that puzzle piece and found the "user system launcher". I uninstalled that. The blue APUS icon disappeared and a survey opened in my browser. I closed the tab for fear that the app would somehow install itself again. I have no idea how it got on my tablet in the first place. I am glad its gone!

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried reauthorization of Apus in settings>security? Have you considered doing a reset?

Hi, I've got into the habit of frequently uninstalling APUS but it keeps reinstalling itself. It can go for a couple of weeks but then suddenly will appear. I uninstall but it comes back. Would love some advice.

    Hi guys,

I have the Redmi note 3.

It would appear that there is absolutely no way that I can uninstall APUS.

My phone is constantly coming up with pop-ups which I find ridiculous.

Anyone out there that can help?

Get the MyPhoneExplorer Client for Android and PC, connetc via wireless or usb the pc client to the phone.
On the PC in the left menu, choose 'File' -> 'Apps'. Within the list on the right pane select APUS with a right click and select delete.
Voila..its gone, and never will show up again ;-)
