Hi guys, I would like your opinions and hopefully questions answered. I have gone ahead and listed some pros and cons as well in helping me decide.

    Unlocked Z3:

    -Unlocked. First to get updates.
-With student discount + AMEX offer. I get it for 530.

    -16 GB
-No Wifi calling (unless Android 5.0 can provide it down the road)

    T-Mo Z3:

    -32 GB
    -Wifi calling

    -100 dollars more.
    -Locked to T-Mo

Honestly, the fact one is unlocked and the other isn't a big deal. Storage is though. How do SD cards work with Apps and other mediums these days with Android? Is it still annoying and a struggle to have apps run from an SD card?

Also, does anyone know if Android 5.0 will enable Wifi Calling? I know the Nexus 6 will support that for T-Mo in a future update.

Hello mmoon24, welcome to the forums at Android Central! 🙋

The way you have it, for many people the unlocked one wins because is cheaper.

However, I don't know if that one will get WiFi calling, heck, I'm not sure if the T-Mo version will either.

So, I'd go for the T-Mo version because the bigger memory, getting it unlocked won't be difficult and there's a big chance it will have WiFi calling.
