I want to make a app to measure breath of person and for this i have a sensor now how could i take output by this sensor

It depends on how you want to do it. The "sensor" is going to be a little computer (unless there's a BA sensor chip I don't know about). You can change the frequency of the data "pings" it sends the phone, you can send it a data string that your app can decode, you can send it "0.023%" as a string that your app can display ...

You're writing it (both the app on the phone and the firmware in the "sensor"), so you have to decide what to write. It's like saying "I want to write a book about Gandhi - what should I write?"
