    Hello, My Galaxy S3 (AT&T, SGH-I747, Android version 4.4.2) has been acting up since the most recent AT&T update push. I'm trying to do a factory reset, but the option does not seem to be appearing anywhere in my settings. I wanted to try to do a soft reset before resorting to hard reset. Any thoughts? Thanks.

    Restart into recovery and do it from there. It's the same function no matter where you do it from, although it should be in Settings/General/Backup and reset.
