Factory Reset option not appearing on Galaxy S3
Hello, My Galaxy S3 (AT&T, SGH-I747, Android version 4.4.2) has been acting up since the most recent AT&T update push. I'm trying to do a factory reset, but the option does not seem to be appearing anywhere in my settings. I wanted to try to do a soft reset before resorting to hard reset. Any thoughts? Thanks.
