I apologize for all the questions I've been asking, but this is my last question.

Is there no way to get CyanogenMod onto a Verizon note 3? I'd love to do it, but since it's a locked bootloader, I can't, can I?

    No problems with your questions.
Yes, you must unlock the bootloader to get root privilege and then a ROM can be added.
Google it with your specifics to see if there are instructions.

But ... since no one has been able to unlock the bootloader yet, it's only a theoretical answer. In practice, you can't flash any ROM on the AT&T or Verizon Note 3s that isn't just a modification of the stock ROM. (The ROM has to be signed. The Secret Service doesn't guard the president as well as Samsung guards the signing code for the ROMs.)
