My Phone GPS keeps turning on automatically

I have Huawei Honor 3C H30-U10. I am facing this issue since i enable the mobile data. I tried to format to factory settings but its not working. I keep mobile data off for 2 days and issue resolved but after turning it on, im facing the same issue.

Mobile data and location/GPS are 2 separate things. In your phone's settings, go into location. From there you can disable it entirely, use low-power location (which gives an approximate location using cell-tower triangulation), or the more accurate (and battery draining) setting which combines GPS and cell-tower triangulation.

The more accurate you have your location set to, the "smarter" your smartphone is. If you have it disabled completely, some stuff on your phone won't work very well or at all (specifically navigation or map applications, but also stuff like Google Now and social media apps like Facebook and Twitter also use your location to some degree).
