How do I know which sim card is being used when a call comes in?

Dual Sim : detect target on incoming call

Hi,

On my Haier W716 (a dual-sim model, Android 4.2.2), I'm unable to find any option designed to identify which sim is receiving a given call.

I already choose a color for each Sim under "Sim Gestion" and the signal strength icons in the toolbar are colored accordingly. But when someone is calling me, I have no evidence which Sim is targetted.

Am I missing something? To your knowledge, is there any app which would solve this problem?

Welcome to the forums. Have you asked your carrier? Perhaps they would be able to tell you?

I did not ask my carrier, because I bought my phone independently and besides, I do think it's more of a software problem.

Hi,

Have a new S7 Edge. I am not able to see on the screen from which SIM call is landing on the phone. However distinctive ring for each SIM is an option, this is a challenge on outgoing calls.

please help.
