Hello all, I'm desperately hoping to find some assistance here. So I've had my Note 4 for about a month now and have been making good use of the nifty multi-window/multi-tasking feature. However about a week ago I started getting a problem, whenever I'm in an app and click a link to open in multi-window, the second window opens, but the white dot at the top which allows minimization and maximization, resizing etc, is gone! Every time I go into multi-window I no longer have that white dot which of course renders multi-window nearly useless for me! Please help?!
