how to add phone contacts locally on android lollipop

Hi guys ,I have tried so many times to add a normal phone number contact locally but it says your contact will be synchronised with your Google account. I have already tried to turn off sync contacts but it says the same thing. I want to make it a normal contact not a Google one, as the contact is not mine and just want to save it temporally on my phone.
