Which tablet do you suggest me to buy around $300- $600 in 64 GB

I want to buy online a tablet with SIM Card around $300- $600 in 64 GB. Which one do you think from your experience that is worthy buying (not the brand, but the tablet) and which website do you suggest me to buy it in, in order not to pay custom, it means that the website doesn't declare the product that is inside.
I live in Albania.

The Nvidia Shield Tablet is by far and away the best tablet on the market - comes in 32GB, but also can be expanded via microSD. It's $399 for the 32GB and $299 for the 16GB. 2nd choice is the iPad Air 2. 3rd choice is the probably the Nexus 7 2013 - but it only comes in 16 & 32GB with no option to expand. Aside from those three, there really aren't any tablets worth buying unless the Nexus 9 appeals to you.
