how can i recover a BLU dash Jr phone that does not go into recovery!?

I have a Blu dash jr 4.0k d142, it was stuck in the Blu logo then i tried to enter recovery by following a guide on youtube that seamed to work, but after first try i am stuck into the white triangle with orange exclamation mark and android flashing, it does not go to the recovery and no buttons seams to work while there... please help!
