What phone should I get?!?!?

Hello all, new to android central and in need of some advice. I am with Verizon and have an unlimited data plan(grandfathered).
As most of you know ,grandfather customers can't purchase a new phone at a subsidize price. So I have a budget of $200 to purchase a new phone. Their are two things i need my phone to do:

1. Be pda net/foxfi compatible ..(free hotspot) this is a must
2. chrome cast compatible

I have looked at the samsung glaxay 4 and a few others.. I would appreciate and suggestions..I want to get the most bang for my buck ..ty in advance

I think the Moto X 2013 is available for closet that price if you look around. The S4 would be good, as would anything released last year on Verizon. Have you looked into the RAZR line?

I second the moto x 2013 or even the lg g2. Both can be purchased used for around 200, I have also seen the moto x refurbished on ebay for 199

I actually have a droid RAZR m lol..I want my new phone to be a significant upgrade BC I know I won't be upgrading anytime soon..
